Puff Tuna With Yummy Ricotta Cheese
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Puff Pastry (30 pcs cut)
- 250 gr (cup) YUMMY Ricotta Cheese
- 1 can tuna in olive oil
- 1 Egg for spread.
PREPARATION
- Mix finely both the tuna and Ricotta Cheese
- Put above Puff Pastry, then fold up the three, then press the sides with a fork
- Place on a pan that is greased., Basting surface with beaten eggs.
- Bake in the oven at a temperature of 190° C for 25 Minutes
- Remove and serve while still warm
